Welcome to Awaken Reiki
It is with much joy and gratitude that I offer the healing touch of Reiki to you. Reiki is a Japanese technique for relaxation that reduces stress and anxiety while promoting healing. This uniquely powerful, spiritually guided life force energy awakens our body's natural ability to heal itself. Reiki also feels good and is soothing. Some treatment plans, while effective and necessary, don't always feel good and can even cause lasting and unwanted side effects. Reiki is known for its calming effects as it works gently and powerfully, promoting healing. Reiki heals on all levels, mental/emotional, physical, and spiritual.

Classes and sessions are based on Usui/Holy Fire® lll Reiki Ryoho training along with traditional Usui Sensei style and Takata Sensei hand placements.

Classes
Reiki l & ll, Holy Fire lll: this is a comprehensive Reiki class where you receive Reiki experiences, placements, and learn to give Reiki. We go over Reiki's history, how Reiki works, and the many different ways to use Reiki. We practice Reiki on ourselves and give Reiki to one another.
